Clerk

The Clerk's Office is responsible for various duties within the Township. Some duties of the Clerk are:

  • Elections (Federal, State, County, Township and School)
  • Voter registration records and voter history
  • Zoning issues initiate in the Clerk's office
  • Agendas and Minutes for the Board of Trustees, Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals
  • Records, maintains and publishes township meeting minutes
  • Responsible for special meeting notices
  • Accounts Payable
  • Payroll
